Growing variety
GROWING DK PLATINIUM
• To protect the field performance of Clubroot resistance genetics ensure that other cultural controls for clubroot are utilized as appropriate. Possible control measures include maintaining pH, good soil structure and drainage, avoiding early sowing into soils at high temperature, avoiding tight rotations and avoiding susceptible hosts in cover crops.
• Medium Autumn growth habit – suitable for early drilling to early September

• Seed rate should target an even plant stand of 25-30 plants/m2 in spring
• Phoma leaf spot should be monitored and treated as required.
• Light Leaf Spot should be monitored and treated as required.
• Pod Shatter Resistance reduces the risk of seed losses approaching and during harvest and will protect the crop where harvest is delayed
• * Please note that it cannot be guaranteed that the Clubroot resistance will protect against all pathotypes of clubroot present in UK soils.
